Leila is a lifesaver. I had a negative experience living in a Lakeview apartment that I had found on my own (leaks, poor maintenance, bugs, etc.). I was being let out of my lease, so Leila sat down with me and provided outstanding consultation on what my recommended options were for a new living situation. We determined that a condo building was going to be the right fit for my needs and lifestyle, and she quickly helped me identify a number of available units for me to visit over he next two days. She handled all of the logistical arrangements for me, was consistently responsive throughout our time working together, and most importantly, was very transparent and straightforward with me. She took me out of an extremely stressful situation and partnered with me getting me into a much better arrangement. Leila has been in the business for almost 30 years and knows the ins and outs of it while being extremely adept at navigating the market. Leila helped my company find a commercial office lease with specific requirements for build-out. We looked for more than 6 months until we found the right opportunity. It wasn't easy, but Leila stuck with us through several rounds of negotiations on several properties, even when things fell through. I wanted to give up a few times, but Leila insisted that we keep looking. She is highly dedicated to her clients; she even got in her car and drove around the neighborhoods we were interested in when the listings weren't plentiful! Leila is amazing! Efficient, effective and caring. In a seller's market it was a great challenge to purchase a condo since it was contingent on selling my old condo. Leila was by my side every step of the way advising me on how to fix up my condo to sell at top price, to fighting for a solid appraisal after I lost my first offer because the appraisal came in at $30,000 less than the asking price, to letting me know which buildings had good reputations when looking for my purchase.
